Relationship Support

Couples & Marriage Counseling

Strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and set achievable goals together — with a clinician who is invested in your relationship.

Therapy Built for Two

Whether you are a new couple navigating early challenges, a long-married pair working through a difficult season, or partners rebuilding after a breach of trust, couples counseling provides a structured, neutral space to be heard and to grow together.

Our clinicians work with couples at every stage — including those considering separation, blended families, and LGBTQ+ partnerships. The goal is not to tell you what to do, but to help you communicate more effectively and make decisions that are right for your relationship.

What to Expect

1

Joint & Individual Check-ins

Sessions typically involve both partners together. Your clinician may also meet with each of you individually to better understand each perspective.

2

Communication Tools

You will learn practical skills for expressing needs, listening actively, and de-escalating conflict — tools you can use between sessions.

3

Goal-Oriented Work

Every couple's goals are different. Your clinician will help you define what success looks like for your relationship and build a plan to get there.

4

A Safe, Neutral Space

Your clinician is not on anyone's side. Sessions are a judgment-free zone where both partners can speak honestly.
